I think this is something we learn from experience and all of us went through stress, anxiety, heartache or at least… working without getting paid 👎

Boundaries, how important is that?!

It took me a while to realize that yes, we can please our clients without actually sending ourself into a spiral of stress.

So think about:
✨ COMMUNICATION
Set your „office hours” and don’t respond to emails for your bed before going to sleep 🙃

✨ REVISIONS
If your work requires revisions, make sure you mention that in a contract. If you include a specific amount of revision and your clients require more - charge for that!

✨ CLIENT FEEDBACK
Make sure you inform your clients that you respect their time, so they should respect yours. You simply can’t afford for waiting weeks (or even days) for their response. Set specific timeline for clients to provide you with a feedback.

✨ LEARN HOW TO SAY ‘NO’
This is a tough one, but image, you take projects you don’t enjoy / don’t bring you enough money. What If instead, you could spend your time on improving your offer so you can attract high-ticket clients and work on projects you love?

Remember you have the freedom and flexibility to choose who you work and what you work on - so take an advantage of it! ❤️
